Aquatron Separator
All Aquatron models utilize the patented Aquatron separator, which separates the solid waste (faeces and paper) from flushing water and urine. The aquatron systems work by utilizing the kinetic fluid’s moving energy, centrifugal force and gravity. No moving parts or energy consumption.
Several toilets can be connected to the same separator and flushed simultaneously.
There are three different models on the Aquatron Separator, 50 mm outlet side or down and the larger one with 110 mm outlet aside.

Aquatron 4×200 – Our Most Popular Model for Permanent Homes
The Aquatron 4×200 is the preferred choice for permanent residences and is the most popular model in the Aquatron range. Designed for year-round use, it offers generous composting capacity, long emptying intervals, and reliable operation with minimal maintenance.
Compared with the Aquatron 4×75 and 4×100, the Aquatron 4×200 offers a larger composting capacity, providing more space for the solid fraction and reducing maintenance requirements.
The Bio Chamber features an internal rotating compost carousel divided into four compartments, each with a capacity of approximately 200 litres. After approximately 500 toilet visits, the carousel is rotated, bringing a new compartment into service while the previous one continues composting undisturbed.

Aquatron 4×300 – For Larger Homes and Commercial Buildings
The Aquatron 4×300 features a large-capacity Bio Chamber, making it ideal for properties with many users and continuous year-round operation. The generous composting volume provides long emptying intervals and minimal maintenance.
The Bio Chamber incorporates an internal rotating compost carousel divided into four compartments, each with a capacity of approximately 300 litres. When a compartment becomes full, the carousel is rotated, bringing a new compartment into service while the previous one continues composting undisturbed.
During the composting process, the organic material is naturally transformed into a nutrient-rich, odour-free compost. Once a compartment has completed its composting cycle, the finished compost can be removed or left for an additional cycle to achieve an even higher degree of maturation.

Aquatron 1200 – – For Larger Homes and Commercial Buildings
The Aquatron 1200 is designed for high-capacity installations where reliability, minimal maintenance, and low operating costs are essential. For larger facilities, multiple Aquatron 1200 systems can be installed in parallel to meet increased wastewater demands.
The Bio Chamber has a composting capacity of approximately 1,200 litres and is designed as a continuous composting chamber. Fresh solids are deposited at one end of the chamber, while the composted material gradually moves towards the opposite end as the natural composting process progresses.
Thanks to the high composting efficiency, the finished compost is often broken down at nearly the same rate as new material is added. As a result, many installations produce very little—or no—excess compost requiring removal.
To further accelerate the composting process, compost worms can be introduced into the Bio Chamber. They enhance the decomposition of organic material and improve the production of nutrient-rich compost.
The finished compost is an excellent soil conditioner that can be safely returned to the natural nutrient cycle in accordance with local regulations.

Aquatron UV
Aquatron’s UV unit utilizes both the water screw movement caused by the Meander effect as well as the threshold effect (all particles spin and are illuminated on all sides several times), which means that even suspended water is fully exposed and a very good bactericidal effect is achieved.
To verify the worst case in diarrhea condition, a test with diarrhea was performed in three liters of rinsing water and the sample was taken immediately after the uv irradiation.
The analysis shows that the effect is practically 100% bactericidal.
An advantage of Aquatron’s UV unit is that the liquid never touches the UV lamp, which means that the effect does not quickly deteriorate as some other UV systems on the market.
The life of the two fluorescent lamps is about 4-5 years if they stand around the clock, a buzzer alarms when a fluorescent lamp breaks.
The UV unit can withstand 250 liters / hour ie. 6,000 l / day The approved test is done at 468 liters / hour

Aquatron phosphorus trap
Smart phosphor trap that you can easily handle yourself and get a circulation on your own site.
Works only with Aquatron system due to only toilet water is lead thru it.
A normal phosphorus trap has to use 500-1 000 kg phosphorus binding material and all wastewater from the household is led through. Phosphorus Binding material works better the more concentrated wastewater is. For Aquatron phosphorus trap, only the toilet water is led thru it.
By using an Aquatron system toilet water is separated from waste and only 50kg phosphorus binding materials needed.
