Aquatron Separator
All Aquatron models utilize the patented Aquatron separator, which separates the solid waste (faeces and paper) from flushing water and urine. The aquatron systems work by utilizing the kinetic fluid’s moving energy, centrifugal force and gravity. No moving parts or energy consumption.
Several toilets can be connected to the same separator and flushed simultaneously.
There are three different models on the Aquatron Separator, 50 mm outlet side or down and the larger one with 110 mm outlet aside.

Suitable for the schools, day care, small offices and other mid size buildings.
The bio chamber holds up to 1200 liter. The post-composting is in the same chamber, on the one side, fecalies come in and in the other the compost comes out. Very often, these systems are so effective in composting that there is no compost soil to be taken care of. Compost worms can be used directly in the composting chamber.
Aquatron 1200 is currently used in a number of schools and other buildings with installations that have been in operation for plenty of years. Contact us for references.

Installation instructionsAquatron UV
Aquatron’s UV unit utilizes both the water screw movement caused by the Meander effect as well as the threshold effect (all particles spin and are illuminated on all sides several times), which means that even suspended water is fully exposed and a very good bactericidal effect is achieved.
To verify the worst case in diarrhea condition, a test with diarrhea was performed in three liters of rinsing water and the sample was taken immediately after the uv irradiation.
The analysis shows that the effect is practically 100% bactericidal.
An advantage of Aquatron’s UV unit is that the liquid never touches the UV lamp, which means that the effect does not quickly deteriorate as some other UV systems on the market.
The life of the two fluorescent lamps is about 4-5 years if they stand around the clock, a buzzer alarms when a fluorescent lamp breaks.
The UV unit can withstand 250 liters / hour ie. 6,000 l / day The approved test is done at 468 liters / hour

Smart phosphor trap that you can easily handle yourself and get a circulation on your own site.
Works only with Aquatron system due to only toilet water is lead thru it.
A normal phosphorus trap has to use 500-1 000 kg phosphorus binding material and all wastewater from the household is led through. Phosphorus Binding material works better the more concentrated wastewater is. For Aquatron phosphorus trap, only the toilet water is led thru it.
By using an Aquatron system toilet water is separated from waste and only 50kg phosphorus binding materials needed.
