Maria Lempriere, is a food event specialist who offers skill-based workshops and eco-farm tours at Peihana Farm, an off-the-grid, solar-powered property that grows seasonal produce, seedlings, herbs, beef and pork with integrity.
Workshop topics are focused on teaching traditional food and fibre making techniques and gardening methods. Her popular workshops always include delicious seasonal garden to table food lovingly prepared in her farm kitchen using an Esse woodburner oven, BBQ or smokehouse.
Maria can also cater for intimate gatherings in your own home with an emphasis on seasonal produce and slow-cooked meals. She works closely with local artisans, crafters and creators and can facilitate/coordinate group workshops for team building or retreat style occasions.
